Depart Cape Town Station and then through Somerset West, Grabouw, Caledon, Swellendam, Grootbrak, Herolds Bay, Mossel Bay, George, Wildernis, Sedgefield, Brenton-on-Sea, Knysna, Karatara, Keurboomstrand to Plettenberg Bay.
