Provided the
wind does
not prevent the operation of the Cable Car, this will be the start or
end of the day. Going up table mountain by revolving cable car is a
memorable experience with a reward of magnificent views from the top.(I
found a historic datea good number of years ago carved out in stone by
a climber or traveller in 1838 but have since been unable to
trace it again despite having been back several times.)
